Armstrong Drop Ceiling

Things should look good when you look up. Maybe you don’t look up that often, but don’t underestimate the power of a nice looking ceiling. It can really make or break the look of a room.

We can help you choose the type of ceiling that best fits your needs, which could be tile, drop tile, planks, coffered, textured, patterned, smooth, tin, metal, or wood. Certain types of ceilings work better with certain rooms and complement different styles. The best type of ceiling can largely depend on the room.

  • Tile – Are attached directly to an existing ceiling. Available in square 12×12″ or 16×16″ tiles.
  • Drop Tile – Also known as “suspended ceiling”. It hangs down below the structural ceiling and can be easily moved to gain access to the area above to make wiring or plumbing repairs or modifications. This type of ceiling is especially popular in basements. Available in 2’x2′ and 2’x4′.
  • Wood Planks – Planks add appealing textural contrast. A great decorative focal point for any room.

It’s more than just look and feel; there are a few other things to consider when choosing your flooring. Think about who will be using the floor, who will be cleaning it, and how it will work with the room as a whole.
